Job summary

Qualifications

1+ year of experience delivering exceptional customer service in premium, luxury, or hospitality settings.
Passion for exceeding customer expectations and creating memorable experiences.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work nights and weekends; 24/7 service for Card Members.
Hospitality or Tourism degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service in an inbound, high-volume travel call environment.
Delight Premium Card Members with travel bookings and servicing arrangements.
Understand Member needs through consultation to deliver innovative interactions.
Research and create personalized travel experiences via flights, car, and hotel itineraries.
Communicate new product offerings and value propositions relevant to the Member.
Prioritize the Member experience, upholding the Membership First approach.
