Job summary

Exploria Resorts is seeking a Frontline Sales Representative for our Summer Bay Orlando location. You will conduct face-to-face presentations, build relationships with prospective owners, and promote the value of Club Exploria Ownership through engaging sales techniques.

The role offers uncapped commission, a W-2 with full benefits, and opportunities to grow within a hospitality leader in the vacation ownership space. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven face-to-face timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience is required.
• Active Real Estate License is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment while meeting performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote the Exploria Resorts experience to prospective owners and guests.
• Welcome guests and Club Exploria members, building rapport and trust.
• Identify guest needs and vacation preferences to tailor ownership options.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and effectively close transactions.
• Guide guests through resort tours and explain ownership benefits and upgrades.
