Job summary

Richemont's New York boutique seeks a Sales Associate to welcome clients and deliver personalised luxury experiences across timepieces and services, including part-exchange options. You will develop personal clientele through proactive outreach and CRM, while acting as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.

Maintain boutique standards, contribute to a high level of service, and support the team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Curious, resourceful, able to work independently in the sales process.
• Result‑oriented, reliable and accountable.
• Strong organisation and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Host clients and stakeholders, delivering personalised customer experiences.
• Find new ways to exceed client expectations.
• Introduce clients to services including part-exchange options.
• Develop personal clientele via CRM and proactive outreach.
• Know WF’s history, services/products and partnerships; promote timepiece purchases.
• Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
• Maintain boutique to global operating standards.
• Be part of a team and support overall boutique organisation.
• Lead the appraisal process for timepieces involving part-exchange and ensure proper processes.
