Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year luxury sales or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless client experiences with elevated hospitality and attention to detail.
• Present products using storytelling and technical detail to engage clients.
• Build and maintain a clientele using the CRM platform and relationship-based selling.
• Maintain product knowledge and organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Handle administrative tasks, process client repairs, and meet showroom KPIs and standards.
• Support team members, follow dress code standards, and travel for business when required.
