• Coach associates in real time to elevate guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Drive monthly/quarterly sales goals and AOV through storytelling.
• Support Wine Club growth and member engagement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture with performance feedback.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
