Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized experience reflecting the Johnny Was aesthetic and lifestyle.
• Build authentic, long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
• Maintain an active client book with follow-up and appointment selling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including fabrication, fit, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
• Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and store operations with accuracy.
• Support events, trunk shows, and community activations to drive traffic.
