The role blends in-person client service with digital tools to deliver a personalized shopping experience. You should have 2+ years in client-facing retail or related roles, a results-driven attitude, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, styling services or call-center sales.
• Proactive, results-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving team sales targets and KPIs; increase client spend and satisfaction.
