NET-A-PORTER is seeking passionate Style Advisors to join our Personal Shopping team in Mahwah, NJ and deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience to our loyal clients. You will connect customers with curated fashion selections and build meaningful relationships that inspire confidence and loyalty.

As a trusted style partner, you will leverage data-driven insights to deliver targeted outreach, nurture relationships, and drive growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales and operations.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Digitally savvy and comfortable using tools to manage client interactions.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to achievement of team and deliver against individual sales targets and KPIs.
Create trusted client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries and guiding customers through their shopping experience.
Build familiarity with client portfolio to identify opportunities for personalised recommendations.
Offer styling, sizing and fit advice with knowledge of collections and launches.
Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and maximize opportunities.
Gather and share customer insights with management to support strategy and planning.
Represent the brand professionally, reflecting luxury standards and values.
