NET-A-PORTER is seeking passionate Style Advisors to join our Personal Shopping team in Mahwah, NJ office and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to our loyal clients. In this role, you will connect customers with the latest trends and carefully curated product selections, as well as supporting them with any ad hoc service enquiries.

As a trusted style partner, you will guide clients throughout their shopping journey building meaningful relationships that inspire confidence

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales.
• Proactive, results-driven approach to sales with a track record of hitting targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building loyalty.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to achieving the team targets and improve client spend and satisfaction.
• Build trusted client relationships by promptly answering inquiries and guiding purchases.
• Know your client portfolio to tailor recommendations using preferences and history.
• Provide styling, sizing and fit advice and present new collections confidently.
• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and maximize opportunities.
• Help grow individual client loyalty by understanding evolving needs and recommending products.
• Share customer insights with management to influence strategy and launches.
