NET-A-PORTER is seeking Style Advisors for our Mahwah, NJ office to deliver a personalised shopping experience to loyal clients. You will connect customers with the latest trends and curated product selections while supporting ad hoc service inquiries.

You will guide clients through their shopping journey, building relationships that inspire confidence and loyalty. This role suits someone with fashion retail, styling, or client-facing background looking to grow a career in luxury fashion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales and operations.
• Proactive, results-driven approach to sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Customer-focused, able to deliver exceptional service and build long-lasting relationships.
• Confident communication in English, with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achievement of team & individual sales targets and KPIs, increasing client spend and satisfaction.
• Create trusted client relationships by responding to inquiries and guiding customers through shopping.
• Build familiarity with client portfolio to identify opportunities for personalized recommendations.
• Offer styling, sizing and fit advice and present new collections to inspire purchases.
• Follow up proactively to maintain engagement, nurture relationships, and maximize opportunities.
• Share customer insights with management to support commercial strategy and launches.
