Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking an Atlanta Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, sales, and client experiences for interior designers, architects, and luxury homeowners. The role requires maintaining an on-site presence, driving strategic sales plans, and overseeing a high-performing team within a luxury showroom.

You will manage visual merchandising, cultivate client/vendor relationships, organize events, and monitor showroom performance using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of leadership experience in trade sales, luxury furnishings, or related industries.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to travel to manage outside sales and business activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and sales for the Studio, delivering an elevated client experience for interior designers, architects, and luxury homeowners.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable on-site presence to support the team and ensure showroom runs smoothly.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals and support new product launches.
• Manage, train, and inspire a high-performing team reflecting brand values.
• Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation to ensure a compelling, on-brand space.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams.
• Organize showroom events, private appointments, and product presentations to drive engagement.
• Monitor and report sales metrics, client activity, and showroom performance using CRM.
• Manage showroom budget, profitability, and operational efficiency across all functions.
