Perennials and Sutherland is seeking an Atlanta Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations and sales for the Studio, delivering an elevated client experience for interior designers, architects, and luxury homeowners. Based in Atlanta, the role requires a strong leadership presence and a hands-on style to ensure the showroom runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in trade sales or luxury furnishings leadership.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for outside sales.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and sales for the Studio, delivering an elevated client experience for interior designers, architects, and luxury homeowners.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support the team and ensure showroom smooth daily operations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals and support launches.
• Manage, train, and inspire a high-performing team reflecting brand values.
• Oversee showroom presentation to ensure a compelling on-brand space.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organize showroom events and private appointments to drive engagement.
• Monitor sales metrics and showroom performance using CRM.
• Manage showroom budget and profitability across functions.
