Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Las Vegas seeks a Team Manager to support the Director in leading sales, operations and security teams, ensuring unsurpassed client service and meeting commercial targets. You will assume store oversight when the Director is not present and be a mentor and coach who elevates the Tiffany experience.

You will coach, motivate and develop the team, driving client development and delivering Tiffany Touch moments while maintaining exceptional hospitality and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail store management or related customer service.
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours incl. nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support sales and operations to meet commercial targets.
• Provide leadership on the sales floor and back-of-house operations.
• Elevate Tiffany client experience and deliver Tiffany Touch moments.
