Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Store Support Specialist in Beverly Hills to assist the sales team and ensure an elevated client experience. You will coordinate with team members, apply product knowledge, manage transactions, and support various operational tasks within a luxury retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or support, strong customer service, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance that aligns with Loro Piana standards.
• Support the sales team by providing exceptional assistance and maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge to elevate the client experience.
• Build meaningful client relationships by facilitating communication via emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and our clienteling app to boost sales.
• Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating relevant client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences.
• Actively promote new products through personalized outreach, engaging clients with tailored messages to increase product awareness and interest.
• Support in the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and the sales team to ensure that merchandise is properly replenished, well-maintained, and easily accessible for seamless operations.
• Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors, contributing to the overall success of the business.
