Job summary

Loro Piana in the United States (Costa Mesa) is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, boost sales performance, and drive a high-performing team to deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences. You will uphold brand standards and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail management, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to travel and work weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with high-volume store experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel and work weekends, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance by analyzing metrics and implementing action plans.
• Achieve targets through strategic planning and identifying client opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador while managing VIC initiatives.
• Maintain communication with store team and cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate market trends and conduct competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
• Support luxury service standards and navigate critical situations professionally.
• Lead monthly activity reviews and team meetings to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager on delegation and growth.
• Provide coaching and feedback to foster professional development.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and After Sales flow.
