Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Connecticut is seeking an Operations Professional to support back-of-house operations, drive store sales, and deliver the Tiffany Experience through exceptional client service and efficient order fulfillment.

You will manage inventory, oversee shipping and receiving, and collaborate with Sales Professionals and management to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and a superior luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Word and Excel are required.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented with flexibility to adapt to daily business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support store sales objectives.
• Handle order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment; ensure merchandise is delivered as needed.
• Monitor merchandise inventory and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Professionals, management and clients to respond quickly to requests for assistance.
