Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive operational efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
Partner with store leadership to hit sales goals and key metrics like conversion and AOV.
Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
Oversee front and back of house operations, replenishment, and omni-channel transactions.
Lead on-floor coaching, clienteling, and luxury service standards.
Collaborate with HQ Operations to optimize processes and efficiency.
