Qualificações

• 2-3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience.
• Strong operational and inventory management expertise.
• Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support and inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Partner with store leadership to hit sales goals and key metrics like conversion and AOV.
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Oversee front and back of house operations, replenishment, and omni-channel transactions.
• Lead on-floor coaching, clienteling, and luxury service standards.
• Collaborate with HQ Operations to optimize processes and efficiency.
