Responsibilities

• Enter sales at the POS accurately.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls appropriately.
• Assist on the sales floor to meet client needs when tasks are complete.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness per current guidelines.
• Wrap client packages with the Sales and Operations teams.
• Assist with cleaning client jewelry and restocking packaging, stationery, and supplies.
• Organize the cleaning area and support inventory audits.
• Support inventory of office, packaging, and understock items.
