Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and client service.
• French language skills or knowledge of children’s fashion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales goals through personalized client engagement.
• Inspire and coach the team on the sales floor; recruit and onboard new hires.
• Oversee daily store operations including payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Uphold Jacadi’s image with pristine merchandising and visual displays.
• Collaborate with district leadership on HR, operations, and client strategy.
