Summary

The Team Lead at Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria is an in-store supervisory role responsible for mentoring and developing the sales team, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the Store Director to achieve sales goals. The Team Lead champions the client experience, contributes to operational excellence, and may lead a specific product category to drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and support the sales team alongside the Store Director and Team Managers.
• Drive client acquisition and retention by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Lead selling and floor management to achieve sales targets and maintain market positioning.
• Champion a product category when applicable and co-create strategies to grow business.
• Oversee store operations to ensure high standards, organization, and efficient processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Proven ability to mentor and motivate a retail team and deliver sales results.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, market awareness, and the ability to identify client needs.
• Experience in luxury retail or high-end client service preferred.
