Job summary

Tory Burch in McLean, VA is seeking a high-performing retail leader to partner with GM/AGM, drive staff development, and create an extraordinary customer experience while growing the business.

You will coach selling and service skills, manage day-to-day operations, monitor sales targets and client relationships, and build a world-class talent team in a fast-paced luxury environment with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; business or fashion background a plus.
• 2–4 years of management experience in luxury or service-driven environments.
• Experience as a manager is a plus; proven track record of success.
• Must have open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
