Job summary

Cartier in McLean, VA seeks a boutique Ambassador to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will manage client relationships, assist with daily operations, and participate in events, embodying the Maison’s values.

The role requires luxury retail experience, excellent communication, and the ability to greet clients, maintain product knowledge, and support after-sales service, including possible travel for trainings.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently, plus one weekday.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of client relationship management and CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greeting, acknowledging every client.
• Assist with boutique operations, merchandising and back-stock responsibilities.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Support in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
