You will manage operations, clienteling, and training, while aligning with regional goals and maintaining high profitability. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; experience in luxury fashion is essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate
• Minimum 10 years of store management experience in luxury fashion industry
• Strong command of English and Mandarin, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop the store business plan including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and grow customer base
• Know the local market and luxury market trends; monitor competitors
• Provide feedback to Retail Manager on product assortments and buying trends
• Ensure highest level of customer service and adherence to selling standards
• Motivate and train the team to meet sales and productivity objectives
• Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor
• Proactively manage clientelling and knowledge of Berluti products and history
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the store team; manage HR policies
