Job summary

RIMOWA in Las Vegas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team and achieve store objectives. You will drive sales, elevate client relations, and ensure outstanding brand standards across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include staff training, inventory control, and executing community outreach while upholding RIMOWA’s premium service. This role requires leadership, a diploma, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess at least 5 years’ experience in retail management with a luxury brand.
• Proven ability to drive sales from start-up, execute events and work in concert with marketing.
• Talent for managing and developing a cohesive team.
• Required to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell and build client relations to meet store sales goals and financial targets.
• Provide training for team in selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Analyze store performance and craft solutions using sales reports and statements.
• Deliver the highest level of service for a luxury brand and mentor staff.
• Act as a brand ambassador for RIMOWA and engage in community outreach.
• Communicate with leaders to ensure inventory meets business needs.
• Manage all repair processes per policy while delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct inventory counts, manage RTVs and stock movement.
• Ensure accurate receipt and transfer of goods; organize inventories.
• Lead recruitment and development of sales associates for future promotion.
• Oversee POS operations, payroll, and store costs; produce sales/marketing reports.
• Merchandise the store and execute displays per company directives.
