Job summary

rag & bone in West Hollywood is seeking a General Manager to embody the brand, lead customer experience, and oversee store operations at the Melrose flagship.

You will coach and develop all associates, drive profitability, analyze sales data, ensure service standards, and collaborate with corporate teams to maintain brand integrity.

The role requires luxury retail leadership, ability to manage scheduling and payroll, and a hands-on approach to daily store execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years specialty retail experience with 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing in a commissioned based environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations or a flagship location.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow business.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop team.
• Luxury or contemporary management experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a product and customer centric sales environment.
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand experience and elevated customer service across the Melrose flagship.
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and drive top-line growth.
• Coach and develop associates and managers for performance.
• Maintain policies, payroll integrity and store operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop staff and manage scheduling.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and VM/buying on product displays.
