Qualifications

• Relevant retail management experience preferred with strong business acumen.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience using the 5 C's of Service Excellence.
• Lead hiring, coaching, mentorship, and succession planning to develop store talent.
• Manage merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand.
• Oversee store operations, inventory management, and asset protection.
• Own P&L and key performance indicators including conversion and selling expense targets.
