The role focuses on profitable sales growth and brand integrity. The position requires commanding leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in upscale retail management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years specialty retail experience with 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing in a commissioned-based environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations or a flagship location.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow the business.
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and develop a team.
