Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a General Manager to embody the brand, lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving profitable top-line sales growth. The role oversees the Melrose flagship location and requires coaching and developing associates and managers, ensuring collaboration and execution of brand standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years specialty retail experience with 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing in a commissioned based environment from the retail sector.
• Experience managing multiple locations or a flagship location.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow business.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and ensure team members embody brand spirit in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Builds customer loyalty through in store experience and product knowledge.
• Lead by example to deliver elevated sales and service levels.
• Analyze sales reports and data to set strategies and drive business opportunities.
• Oversee store operations from register to stock room with fiscal responsibility.
• Coach and develop retail associates to meet store goals and performance targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop staff; provide regular feedback and support HR processes.
• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor and communicate opportunities for improvements.
