Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily luxury retail operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure superior client service. The role emphasizes leadership, visual standards, and alignment with corporate guidelines across after-sales processes.

The position requires strong people skills, experience in luxury retail, and the ability to travel on weekends; familiarity with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management practices.
• Availability to travel and work weekends; ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delegating tasks, coaching the team, and maintaining high service and selling standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve operational efficiencies, and communicate objectives to the team and corporate partners.
• Manage inventory procedures including cycle counts, stock consolidations, fiscal inventory, and stockroom organization.
• Oversee after sales operations such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts handling.
• Monitor store expenses, assist with profit and loss management, and optimize expenditures within budget.
• Ensure proper execution of opening/closing activities, scheduling, administrative tasks, and store facilities reporting.
• Maintain alignment of visual merchandising with corporate guidelines and mitigate business risks.
