Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support achievement of store sales targets and communicate KPI results with context.
Review and manage store schedules, payroll, and expense controls.
Recruit, train, develop, and manage store associates, providing coaching and feedback.
Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Deliver high-touch service and implement CRM strategies to build client loyalty.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold luxury brand standards.
Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and assist with marketing and promotions.
