Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a luxury retail team, drive customer service excellence, and maintain impeccable store presentation. The role requires guiding the team in the absence of Store Management and supporting client development and KPIs.

Responsibilities include leading by example in service, achieving individual and store KPIs, overseeing operations, training staff, and ensuring floor coverage and accountability; relocation is preferable for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar industry.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and clienteling skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and experience with retail systems (Teamwork or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain store standards.
• Ideally a cultivated clientele following; ability to relocate to support career development is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation.
• Drive and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs (UPT, ADT, etc.).
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Schedule client appointments, build and maintain clientele, and suggestively sell through styling.
• Conduct store meetings, resolve customer issues, and ensure floor coverage and staff accountability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of store staff.
