Job summary

Buechel Stone Corporation seeks a creative Stone Design Consultant to work with clients, architects, and designers to select premium natural stone for luxurious spaces. You will guide color, texture, and pattern choices, coordinating with architects and builders to translate vision into design.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Excellent presentation skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients to the design center.
• Assist clients with product selections, in-person and via virtual consultations.
• Provide timely and appropriate follow-up with clients after their selections.
• Network with architects, designers, and home builders to visit the design center.
• Proactively visit architect, designer, and custom home builder offices to promote the design center showrooms.
• Plan and host quarterly events to promote the Design Center to current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Sales by assisting with the selection process and looping them in on qualified opportunities.
• Track all client activity and collaborate with Sales in our CRM.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Design Center and perform opening/closing duties.
• Use design center social media to promote the Buechel brand and generate interest.
• Follow Buechel Stone's Client Interaction Process to ensure all customers are delighted.
• Provide territory support by assisting with inbound inquiries needing stone selection help.
• Work on special projects as needed.
