Job summary

Gianvito Rossi is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Manager for our South Coast Plaza boutique. You will oversee receiving, inspections, and organization of luxury merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and support seamless storefront operations.

The ideal candidate has prior stock management experience in luxury retail, strong organizational and leadership skills, and flexibility for peak periods. This role focuses on inventory control, shipments, and client service in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management, inventory control, or retail operations.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and stockroom management, verify shipments and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
• Coordinate replenishment and support sales floor operations.
• Provide floor coverage and assist clients in a luxury retail setting.
• Lead stockroom staff, train and coach PT team members.
• Manage outbound transfers, client shipments, returns, and related docs.
