Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Stock Supervisor at our King of Prussia boutique to maintain inbound/outbound merchandise and organize back-of-house stock. The role oversees receiving, tagging, documentation and timely processing of shipments, while ensuring floor replenishment and stock movement flow.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury operations and inventory control, with strong organizational, leadership and loss-prevention skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• 3+ years in luxury operations and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and stock procedures.

Responsabilités

• Stockroom & Inventory Operations: maintain organized stock areas.
• Oversee receiving, tagging, documentation, and timely processing.
• Ensure replenishment of sales floor to optimize product availability.
• Lead stock movements, transfers, damages and deliveries.
• Train new stock associates on systems and standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and shrink control initiatives.
• Support store meetings and represent the brand in operations.
