Job summary

Gianvito Rossi's Century City Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Full-Time Operations Assistant to support daily sales and back‑of‑house operations while upholding the Gianvito Rossi standard of luxury service. You will assist sales associates, process transactions through the POS, help maintain CRM client data, and keep the stockroom organized by size, category, and heel height.

A retail/ luxury background and weekend/holiday flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or luxury fashion experience preferred.
• Interest in women’s luxury fashion, footwear, and accessories.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures, checklists, and policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates with product retrievals, put-backs, and merchandise preparation.
• Support compliant client information capture within the CRM system.
• Process transactions accurately through the POS system and ensure purchases are properly packaged and prepared for clients.
• Greet clients and provide support to the sales team during periods of high traffic.
• Assist in maintaining client engagement and ensuring a seamless selling experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with checklists and company standards.
• Assist with inter-store transfers, product receipts, and merchandise movements.
• Learn and efficiently operate the inventory management system to support daily operational activities.
• Assist the Manager with the handling and processing of orders.
• Support the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring merchandise is organized by size, category, heel height, and other relevant product classifications.
• Maintain an organized and accessible stockroom to facilitate efficient product retrieval.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks and ensure merchandise is handled and stored according to company standards.
• Support the Manager and sales team with additional operational tasks as needed.
