Job summary

Gianvito Rossi Madison Boutique in New York is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury client experience and drive boutique performance.

You will build lasting client relationships, maintain a personal client book, and leverage CRM and POS systems to ensure accurate client information while representing the brand with professionalism during high-traffic periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, or a customer-facing environment.
• Interest in women’s luxury fashion, footwear, and accessories.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures, checklists, and company policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and boutique sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver personalized, elevated service consistent with Gianvito Rossi luxury standards.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Build and actively manage a personal client book through clienteling and follow-up.
• Proactively contact clients regarding new collections, product availability, appointments, and events.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture and maintain accurate client information.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
• Participate in client appointments, VIP events, and other client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Gianvito Rossi products, craftsmanship, and brand values.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve boutique goals.
• Support colleagues during high-traffic periods while maintaining a strong focus on selling.
• Represent Gianvito Rossi with professionalism, confidence, and a luxury service mindset.
