Job summary

Moncler in East Rutherford, NJ, seeks a Stock Controller to manage daily inventory, receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stockroom organization to ensure product availability and a premium client experience.

You will partner with Store Management and the sales team to optimize product flow, uphold luxury service standards, and maintain accurate inventory while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining inventory counts and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Moncler's luxury service standards and operational best practices through daily execution.
• Partner with Store Management and the sales team to support efficient store operations and product flow.
• Maintain communication between back of house and sales floor to address merchandise needs and priorities.
• Assist with repairs, returns, and inventory inquiries to deliver a premium client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and safety guidelines.
