Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Naples, FL is seeking an On-Premise Sales Consultant focused on luxury spirits and estate wines within the Oxford Street Merchants team. You will nurture relationships, present sales materials, and drive distribution in the assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail/on-premise sales, strong wine knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel and occasional weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail/on-premise sales experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR.
• Wine knowledge and professional wine credentials are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level communication with accurate reporting.
• Nurture current customer relationships and build rapport with new customers.
• Develop thorough sales presentations for customers.
• Know and understand the sales trends and business practices of customers within your territory.
• Work flexible hours to provide sales support including staff training, wine dinners, conducting evening and weekend tastings.
• Develop and execute a productive itinerary for winery representatives visiting the markets.
• Achieve objectives for product distribution, case goals, and new account targets in the assigned territory.
