Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston seeks a Director, Spa & Wellness to lead the spa and wellness department, shaping treatments and concepts, overseeing retail management and staff performance. You will drive strategic initiatives and ensure a luxury guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury spa management, strong English communication, and proven budgeting and marketing skills to support monthly and annual financials.

Qualifications

• Education in Spa management or Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in a related position.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in a luxury Spa.
• Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise management and growth of Spa staff.
• Integrate and encourage growth of spa management personnel across properties.
• Assist on project-by-project basis and be a knowledge resource for staff.
• Interview, train, schedule, monitor performance, discipline, and payroll for staff.
