Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC is seeking a Wellbeing Supervisor to lead the spa team, manage scheduling, check guests in and out, and assist in retail. You will ensure facilities are guest-ready each day and maintain high luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury hotel, spa, or luxury retail, strong leadership, and superb communication. Flexibility including weekends/holidays is expected, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa and fitness facilities daily.
• Schedule all spa appointments and manage front desk flow.
• Assist with billing and retail transactions.
• Maintain inventory and spa software training.
• Support Director of Wellbeing with admin tasks.
• Monitor staff performance and guest satisfaction.
