Greet guests, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain impeccable sanitation while educating guests on suggested services and aftercare. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years of professional esthetic experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel spa preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and protocols.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving treatments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide a welcoming spa experience.
• Perform skin care treatments following wellbeing protocols and standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms per guest preferences and service requirements.
• Maintain sanitation, restocking, and room cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction during all treatments.
• Educate guests on recommended services and aftercare.
• Promote wellbeing treatments, services, and retail products when appropriate.
• Attend spa trainings and team meetings as required.
• Communicate guest concerns to management promptly.
