Job summary

The Knox, Auberge Collection on Knox Street in Dallas is seeking a Wellbeing Supervisor to lead and train the Spa team, schedule appointments, check guests in/out, and assist in retail sales. You will ensure the spa and fitness facilities are ready each day and maintain cleanliness and order.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or spa environment preferred.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues quickly.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Wellbeing (Spa) team members to ensure the guest experience meets luxury standards.
• Schedule spa-related appointments, check guests in and out, and assist in retail sales.
• Ensure spa and fitness facilities are prepared for opening and closing each day and maintained for cleanliness.
• Support the Director of Wellbeing with administrative functions and spa software usage.
• Oversee front desk scheduling and overall Wellbeing operations, including inventory and cost controls.
