Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all Wellbeing (Spa) team members to ensure top guest experiences.
• Schedule spa appointments, check guests in/out, assist with retail sales.
• Maintain spa and fitness facilities cleanliness and readiness for opening/closing.
• Support Director of Wellbeing with administrative tasks and inventory control.
• Oversee front desk scheduling and staff efficiency; assist with billing for services and retail.
• Provide instruction on Wellbeing software and monitor staff performance.
