Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to lead all daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-caliber wellbeing team, manage schedules and budgets, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury spa/hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience managing labor, scheduling, payroll, and operational budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Wellbeing operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules for all Wellbeing team members.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain exceptional wellbeing professionals.
• Develop training plans for all wellbeing associates and monitor performance.
• Oversee treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and public areas to exceed luxury standards.
• Coordinate spa appointment flow and staffing for optimal efficiency.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic guest experiences.
