Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is seeking an Assistant Director of Wellbeing to lead the strategic, financial, and operational performance of the Wellness and Fitness department. Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership in spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or a related operation.
• Experience managing daily operations, guest service, scheduling, training and expenses.
• Working knowledge of spa treatments, reservations, retail, and luxury service standards.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily spa and wellness operations with a focus on luxury standards and guest experience.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and performance to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with resort leaders to implement strategy and continuous improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and development of staff.
• Develop spa programming and member offerings aligned with brand positioning.
