Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily practice performance and guide strategic initiatives. You will supervise staff, manage P&L, and drive growth while delivering a premium, HIPAA-compliant patient experience.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a background in medical aesthetics or luxury client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial management principles.
• Proven leadership with high-level business operations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Exceptional communication with teams and distinguished clientele.
• Open availability: Sundays-Saturdays with at least one weekend per month.
• Background in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service valued.

Responsibilities

• Command daily operations to ensure smooth practice functioning.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to optimize workflow.
• Develop strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
• Cover shifts during absences to maintain operations.
• Oversee P&L and participate in financial planning.
• Motivate teams to achieve revenue and performance goals.
• Drive growth initiatives to meet quarterly collections.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Manage inventory and procurement; perform regular audits.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and patient records accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns for premium services.
