Job summary

Motykie Med Spa in West Hollywood, CA seeks an experienced Practice & Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and help grow one of Southern California's premier aesthetics and regenerative medicine destinations.

Responsibilities include owning the sales process from inquiry through consultations and treatments, managing patient flow, staffing, inventory, vendor relationships, and delivering a discreet, luxury experience for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Background in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, plastic surgery, concierge medicine, luxury wellness, or longevity clinics.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and converting leads to consultations.
• Proven sales manager with follow-up and objection handling.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including nurses, aestheticians, medical assistants, and admin staff.
• Excellent organization, staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the practice’s sales process from inquiry to consultation and retention.
• Ensure prompt, personalized follow-up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM.
• Convert qualified leads into consultations and treatments.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure no viable lead is overlooked.
• Establish and monitor sales goals, lead-response times, consultation bookings, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for treatment packages, memberships, cross-selling, and long-term relationships.
• Review lead sources and sales data to improve marketing effectiveness and growth.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless, high-touch patient experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate provider schedules, patient flow, and front-office operations.
• Maintain policies, records, and compliance; reflect luxury medical branding.
