Rosewood Sand Hill in the United States seeks an Assistant Spa Director to lead daily spa and wellness operations, manage labor, budgets, and align with the Director of Spa's strategic plan. The role emphasizes team leadership, financial oversight, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The position offers salary between $95,000 and $100,000 annually and is eligible for a bonus. Flexibility for scheduling and travel as needed is required to meet business needs.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in guest-facing sales, retail management, or hospitality operations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret operational and financial reports, perform basic business math.
• Proven experience managing a P&L and exceeding financial performance targets within hospitality, wellness, or luxury retail.
• Flexible availability required, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel as needed.

• Maintains Rosewood Hotels Experience by upholding standards, policies, and brand expectations.
• Develops a comprehensive facility operations manual with written policies and procedures.
• Prepares monthly and yearly management reports outlining facility statistics and daily operations.
