Qualifications

• Previous spa pre-opening experience with a luxury spa launch
• Luxury hotel or resort spa leadership experience
• Progressive spa leadership roles (Spa Director or similar)
• Strong financial and operational management skills (budgets, forecasting)
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Must speak Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of pre-opening planning, operational development, and launch.
• Establish SOPs, luxury service standards, treatment protocols, and operating procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop an exceptional spa, salon, retail, and guest service team.
• Develop the treatment menu, wellness programming, product partnerships, and retail strategy.
• Oversee operating systems, equipment, supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to ensure readiness and a successful opening.
