Job summary

Sisley Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina Del Rey is seeking a friendly Guest Service Ambassador to warmly welcome guests and guide them through spa services, treatments, and retail options. You will schedule appointments, handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and maintain a pristine reception area.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or hospitality, with luxury retail experience and a customer-focused attitude. Strong English, professional demeanor, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer service, spa, hospitality, or retail.
• Minimum 1 year luxury retail sales experience.
• Ability to learn and explain spa treatments and product benefits to guests.
• Sales-driven with strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide guidance on spa services, treatments, and products.
• Schedule and book appointments by phone and in person; manage check-in/check-out.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa, lounges, and reception area.
• Assist guests throughout their spa visit and coordinate with Spa Management as needed.
